A downloadable asset pack

Can't find a background you need for your game? Tired of old, boring interface buttons? Problem solved! You can request backgrounds here, on this page, by posting in the requests thread!  I'll get back to you as soon as possible.

RULES:

1. Making requests for background packs is always free. If you don't like the results, you don't have to buy anything, ever.

2. The price of published packs is calculated as follows: Each background costs 0.7$, so the final price depends on how many backgrounds are there in the pack (e.g. 10 backgrounds cost 7$, 20 backgrounds cost 14$, etc.). Suggested price is for those who want to support me as a creator. 

VERY IMPORTANT: If you have financial constraints, please calculate how many backgrounds you can buy, and let me know the number so that I avoid making a pack that's too large. Please make sure that the number is even (4, 6, 8 etc.). I will adhere to that number and if I end up making more backgrounds, they'll be published separately as a complementary pack. 

3. All requested packs will be published on my itch.io profile - just like other packs. For the moment, I don't create backgrounds for exclusive use (but it may change in the future). Please read the Terms of Service and FAQ on my profile to learn more about licensing.

VERY IMPORTANT: Make sure to follow me and regularly check newly updated packs! Otherwise, you may miss the one you've requested when it's posted!!! I get lots of requests and it's impossible for me to notify everyone that their pack's already in the gallery. 

4.  I accept requests for:

  • New background packs,
  • New versions of already existing background packs (e.g. "Baroque Palace 2"),
  • Supplementary packs to already existing backgrounds packs (e.g. "Baroque Gardens" for "Baroque Palace")
  • Day / Sunset / Night versions of already existing background packs,
  • Recolors of already existing background packs,

5. I don't accept requests for:

  • Background packs with less than 4 backgrounds / more than 20 backgrounds (but you can order more packs, if you need more backgrounds).
  • Backgrounds with highly recognizable spots,  famous brands, logos, etc.
  • Changing / replacing / recoloring / adding single elements to already existing backgrounds (I consider these projects done, and don't want to go back to them).

6. If you need backgrounds within a specific deadline, please let me know! At times, I'm very slow with requests. If you need something fast, do let me know!

7. Please make many requests! If you are working on a large project, or multiple projects, and need more than just one background pack, don't hesitate to let me know! I've made lots of background packs already and I've run out of inspiration a little bit.  I'm looking forwards to your comments and suggestions!

8. Sometimes, I'll release more versions of the pack you've requested, because the idea inspires me. You don't have to buy them if you don't want to! 

9. Please post in the general requests thread, don't create new topics. It's easier for me to manage requests when I have them all in my place. For the same reasons, please don't send me emails! I check my mailbox once a month and I am almost always late with replies! Your fastest way to get a response from me is to post in the requests thread, please adhere to this rule!
